Currently job:
Identify DHA strategic directions for innovation activities and initiatives, working on Dubai Healthcare
Sector Future foresight, leading Dubai 50 years strategy & vision (2071) & Dubai Plan 2030. Plan &
Follow up the implementation of Dubai Strategic Plan programs, health strategies and public policies
through yearly strategic affairs agenda with the Executive Council of Dubai Government.

Leading NABIDH (Dubai electronic Health record platform) strategy & KPI’s. Developed full Genome
program & Center of Disease prevention & Control model for emirate of Dubai (Dubai CDC). Monitoring
Dubai COVID -19 Recovery plan KPI’s. Lead the cancer center of excellence feasibility study & Organ
transplant feasibility study were both approval by Dubai Government executive council. Lead 10 years
Dubai Medical education & Research strategy & 5 years Dubai Emergency strategy.

Develop and implement an institutional framework for strategy management, policy and corporate
governance at DHA, and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement the health sector
strategy and the Dubai Strategic Plan and Strategic Directions at the federal level. Preparing strategic
and institutional plans for health sector development in Dubai in coordination with the strategic
partners. Oversee the policy and institutional measures supporting the implementation of the DHA
strategy in cooperation with the concerned authorities and their approval by the Director General.
Prepare, update and ensure implementation of the organizational structures to achieve the strategic
goals of the DHA and coordinating with the concerned authorities in defining the function of the various
departments and sections.

Developed strategic partnership to manage the relationship with all strategic stakeholders and partners
in cooperation with relevant entities inside and outside the organization to ensure the achievement of
the DHA strategy and the Dubai Plan Strategy.

Department 2009-2018, Primary care strategy lead 2016-2021, worked on planning and monitor
different health care services in primary health care based on high volume, high burden and community
needs. Oversee chronic diseases management, maternal & child health care, Elderly health care, wellness
promotion, screening and prevention & school health services, developed lifestyle clinics in PHC. Oversee
development of clinical guideline based on best practices and clinical audits. Lead the development of
chronic disease policy as part of Dubai plan 2021, supervised development of school health policy as part
of Dubai plan2021, Leader of primary care program strategy 2016-2021, Arab board family medicine
external examiner, and Senior lecture for Dubai Medical College. Awarded as best department in 2016 at
DHA level in “you are our pride” program.
